Interestingly, I ordered 2 of these and one came with the ability to rotate 360 degrees, but the other is completely stationary. Not sure if it is a mistake or what, but all I did was ask for 2 of the same item... look nice though, and are more tan than white.. Seth. Fri Dec 05 2025
