a little cheap in the drawer construction and funcational opening and closing but lovely to look at. This piece was delivered to foyer. I don't understand WHO would ever want a piece delivered to the foyer and not to the room and have the crate unscrew and put into place. I will be hesitatnt to order from Perigold in the future because of the crazy delivery options that do not bring a piece to its final resting place. I took a chance and purchased an open box item so I knew there was a chance something might be imperfect even though I accepted the non-return policy. For the most part, this dresser is beautifully made, substantial in size, and slightly grayer than the image shows. The only imperfection is one of thr soft-close drawers isn’t aligned correctly which requires a manual push to close it.
