The tiles are pretty. We ordered these in multiple orders, after realizing we needed more. The one major order of 11 boxes came together on a pallet. Only 1 tile was broken. Then ordered two extra boxes, instead of coming in a tile box, they arrived 4 tiles wrapped together in plastic wrap in a box with foam. Needless to say almost every single tile had damage. Wayfair took care of the problem quickly and had two more boxes, sent by the end of the week. The second set came shipped the same way, but the damage wasn't as bad. A few chipped corners.
