The piece that goes in the center of the sink isn’t a drain that fits into a hole it’s just an independent piece that rests in the sink. This I found odd and while I love the look of it worry that it not being attached for secured anywhere will risk it breaking or getting lost (as this will be in a main floor bathroom with 4 children).
