I wanted to love these— the clean lines of the design and composite material that won’t rot were exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, both of the ones I ordered arrived with one of the pre-assembled sled legs pulled apart in shipping. I was able to use some different screws to repair them, but the original screws had pulled chunks of composite material out of the legs. Luckily it isn’t visible. My only other complaint is that I ordered two of these chaise lounges at the same time, but they arrived with different branding on them that is prominently visible at the foot. It looks like I have two different bubble stickers on them. I’m going to try to remove them and hope it doesn’t affect the finish on the chaises. I just didn’t have it in me to deal with a return or replacement on these large items, even though Wayfair’s customer service has been stellar for me in the past.. Joanna. Tualatin, OR.
