This is a beautifully made product and although it is not yet installed, I believe it will operate very well from both an aesthetic and function perspective. I do anticipate the install will be slightly tricky as I have never installed hardware that works as these screws are intended to work. I was unable to give a 5 star rating for the following reason: The screws that were sent with the product would only accommodate a 1/2" door. (glass shower door) Our interior sliding barn doors are 1 3/8". When I called Wayfair, they were unable to send out the proper screw. The agent did give me the phone number for the manufacturer. I asked the agent if he might look to see if Wayfair offered any similar products that would include the screws our doors required. He said he would send me an email within 24 hours with options. Well, it has been 5 days so I don't think that email is coming! However, the manufacturer did offer to send the correct screws to us at no charge. We are hoping those screws will arrive this week.
