A traditional round pedestal table that can be used at 54-inches round for seating 2 to 4 people or it can expand with two leaves to become a 90-inch oval for seating up to 8 people. This table can be used with no leaves, one leaf or both leaves. Each leaf adds 18inches to the table’s overall length. The tabletop is decorated with pie-cut flame mahogany Veneers and finished with solid mahogany edging, and everything is finished with a traditional two-tone medium mahogany color. The pedestals are very heavy and significant, the out-sweeping saber legs are made from solid mahogany and the legs are reinforced with inset steel support braces. The leaf storage cabinet is just as beautiful as the table, it has coordinated pie-cut flame mahogany doors and a fine inlaid top. The top of the cabinet has a nick-nack drawer with removable and loosely fit dividers. Unlike true antique cabinets where the skeleton key serves as a lock and a drawer pull, we added a fine solid brass drawer pull so the key is not needed to open the doors. The table sits on a very solid and heavy saber leg pedestal with Lyre-shaped columns, steel-reinforced saber legs capped with solid brass feet, and levelers.
