Ordered this vase from Wayfair 4 wks ago. Minutes after I ordered it I realized it was “earthenware” and not white. I requested it to be cancelled. No, too late they said. It wasnt shipped or anything, less than a half hour had gone by. So I ordered the “white” one, as well as a more expensive white one to pair it with. I requested the return label 2 weeks ago, finally arrived a week later, then it took a week to deliver by FEDEX. Now Im told it’ll be another week before it is credited on my Mastercard. Ive ordered dozens and dozens of items since 2017. I have to pay 19 shipping now. Never again.
