I really wanted to love this mirror because the design is beautiful and very on trend, especially for a modern luxury bathroom. Unfortunately, both mirrors I ordered arrived severely damaged. After the first replacement also showed up broken, I ultimately had to request a reimbursement and move in a different direction for my client’s project. I can’t fully speak to the quality or final look once installed because we never received one intact, but the repeated shipping issues made the process extremely frustrating and delayed the project timeline considerably.
