I bought this as a gift because I love the one I bought for myself so much. Unfortunately when I took it out of the box the sliver disc which connects the hanger-ribbon to the globe was detached from the globe. I received excellent customer service and a new globe was dispatched the same day I contacted them and free FedEx pick-up arranged for the return of the damaged globe. Above and beyond my expectations!
