It was plastic parts

After questioning up and back including the factory rep, I first received conflicting answers about the material the pull out spray was made of .Plastic or metal. I purchased this faucet , based on incorrect info , yet again , and had to return the faucet.

Quality exceptional Love it Would order again No picture available I actually ordered another one for another sink. They’re so beautiful.

Beautiful faucet but the two water lines come separate/unattached and there’s no way to connect them…. Even though it’s showing them attached in the diagrams. I ordered it twice thinking it was faulty the first time but nope, same issue with the second faucet. Also the pull out sprayer is cheap plastic which is disappointing and unexpected at this price-point.

I love this faucet! It goes great in my newly remodeled kitchen. The color goes great with my black cabinets
