Beautiful piece

I am crazy about MacKenzie-Childs and this Colander does not disappoint. It is very well made and the pattern is my favorite. I know it will last a very long time, I would buy it again. It arrived quickly and packed well.

Beautiful and versatile! Colander and fruit bowl all in one!

It's VERY pretty and also does what it's supposed to do. with my old colander, some stuff used to get stuck in the holes, but it doesn't happen with this one. I have 2 issues with this, and that's the reason for 4 instead of 5 star review: 1. the price - it's A LOT for a colander and I bought it only bc it was pretty. 2. for the price, I expected it to be perfect and it's not. I have a smaller one I bought from another site, and the rim is different - the same color, but this one is more "aged" while the other one is newer looking, if it makes sense - shinier and without scratches. Another thing is that it looks like the black squares are painted over yellow or light blue squares. like someone took the other color design and painted over it, which is weird and it also doesn't look like this in the picture.
