Everyone loving them , the only issue is soft leather which needs taking care of it

What a great steal.

I ordered three Baden counter stools (one new and two open box). New stool arrived on time and as expected. Two open box stools arrived a few days later and were a completely different stool (correct box but wrong stool). I asked customer service to honor the sale price that I received the one new stool at (not the open box price) and was told they could not do that. Extremely disappointing seeing how it was a completely different stool. I would suggest you purchase from a different retailer.
