The finish was a little banged up and the vertical pieces were slightly curved. I didn't even bother assembling the bookcase because I knew it wouldn't look good when I was finished. Decided to return it instead. $550 is way too much money for the quality you're getting.

Not solid wood. Mostly MDF. Missing a rear support as well. Sent the whole thing back.

It’s fine. I was expecting better quality from the price but the veneer is cheap and was peeling in at least one spot on almost every piece and the screws did not fit well into the pre-drilled spaces. It feels solid assembled once it comes together.

Perfect size for small home office.
