Very pretty on both sides, thicker than I thought they would be which makes it easier to clean and use with dishes.

My only complaint would be that to use the reversible side the tags are going to be on display and there is no way I can see to avoid that issue.

Beautiful fabric BUT the removable tags are sewn into the placemats at a place where you cannot remove them without destroying the stitches that hold the mat together!!! Seriously impossible. I spent hours with tweezers and scissors, but they simply don’t come out without ruining the stitchwork

These placemats are all I'd hoped for. They are well made and sturdy.

Poor packaging and the product has a foul odor. I should not have to pay to return this product.

Exactly what I wanted! These beautiful placemats and napkins set a lovely table with the Villeroy & Boch French Garden dinnerware. Also, I'm able to reverse the placemats and set a table with a different dinnerware pattern.
