Great pan to make crepes, clean up is easy. Love it

The pan works great! No matter what, you cook on it.

We have the 12 inch diam. by 1 inch high flat round pan for making bacon and pancakes. So sad we cannot find a replacement for it. Looks like Anolon only has this 9. 5 inch crepe pan now.

This is my third one, although the non stick surface looks a little different than the first two. I hope the non stick is a little more durable than the first two. My first one is the one that I used the most and is no longer non stick after 9 or 10 years of use, but it was still non stick when I bought my second one, which I bought so I could make 2 pancakes at once. When my first one was no longer non stick I bought this new one. The cooking surface looks tougher than the first 2. My complaint about the design of this series is that the bare metal that connects the handle to the pan gets very hot and has often burned me.

I love using the crepe pan for my tortillas. It sure works great with an induction top stove.

I love this pan! It would get 5 stars but wish it would last longer. I seem to buy a new one every year! We use ours everyday!

Use it all the time. Have worn out two previous. Non-stick better on this one

I bought this as a replacement for the same one I had for 5+years and needed a 2nd! We use them for omelets, quesadillas and grilled sandwiches!
