Great size works great on griddle or grill On grill for smash burgers do one side and flip and then you put this on top of smash burger Doesn’t work as well if you try to use on both sides of smash burgers due to weight pressure down on a thin burger on grill. Thick burgers I use on both sides. Well made with quality materials.
