This is a great pan, and I love the fact there are no seams. It makes for very easy cleaning. But definitely do not expect it to be completely non-stick, you still have to use some kind of release (spray, butter/flour, etc). Or muffin liners work great. But it does make quick and even. Pros: Cooks even, doesn't over-brown, easy to clean Cons: Not completely non-stick.

The picture kind of made me think the bottoms were black, like non stick or something, but it is all the same color in person, haven't used it yet.
