Nothing like a sharp knife. I was amazed I put up with dull knifes for years. This is so nice I will replace all my knifes as a result of this great knife. To trim vegetables and cut things such ease.

Great kitchen knife, part of a larger collection. Mainly use this knife for cutting larger portions of meat, i.e. brisket, roasts, loins, etc. The convex indent between the blade and the handle helps with a good grip and helps food fall off the blade when dicing.

Excellent knife. If you require great quality knives and don't mind paying the price for them, this is one to consider. Very well constructed. EZ to hold on to when chopping, etc. Great product.
