This board is beautiful. I ordered the Boos mystery oil and cream separately and they make the board look even better (picture is after treatment). Hand for size reference. The thickness was I thought too much at first but it looks so elegant.

I really wanted this board to work out, and it was a really gorgeous board when I received it. I have oiled it with John Boos Mystery oil since I day 1. However, a little over a month, the board has already started splitting.

Great cutting board. Very solid. Nice that it is reversible. A bit pricy but worth it.

We use our cutting board daily and it’s great! Good weight and has held up over the past year. Be sure to maintain it with the mineral oil and wax sold separately so the wood doesn’t stain or dry out.
