Due to a glitch on the website (the first order attempt did not appear to go through) I received two sets of 4 knobs instead of the one set of four that I needed. I called customer service to explain what happened and ask them to waive the 14.95 return shipping fee for the extra package. The agent told me I would have to pay the return shipping and the only option available was the 14.95 through FedEx prepaid. that seems like a really bad customer service decision since I was a good, repeat customer to both Wayfair and Perigold. I will no longer shop at either site.

These are so beautiful and the finish is perfect. They look great mixed with the other handles.

These knobs are so well made with very subtle details that most hardware does not have.
