This is the mat you need for jute rugs or any rug for that matter. It gives you nice padding and comfort when standing on your rug and keeps it from slipping around on the floor. Good quality pad!

Works great! The rug sticks to the pad and the pad sticks to the ground, and the thickness is just enough to make the rug feel more plush without becoming a tripping hazard. We trimmed it down slightly to make it fully fit under the rug so the ends would lay flatter, which I found was easier with heavy duty kitchen shears than standard scissors.

Works great. Adds cushioning underfoot and holds the rug in place with no damage to hardwood floor. Needs a sharp scizzors to cut it to size

This seems to be working well and I think it will help protect my old hardwood floors.
