Lovely rug! Perfect for my space, but the pile is too high to open the door, so I have to return it.

I love this rug. It is perfect for my space and the description on the website is accurate, though I would describe it as having more depth that just medium gray. It is a dynamic weave of beige, gray and black that works very well

This rug is OK. The tassels are often breaking off and on the floor. There were a few pulls already on the rug from the time we got it. Its been 3 months, and there are areas already snagged, but we do have dogs, so maybe its not nail friendly. Ill probably need to replace it in a year. Overall, it looks nice.

$80 to return a $200 rug that was never opened is excessive… 4 calls to customer service and still not resolved. Will never shop here again.

The rug structure was really great. It was soft enough to walk across bare foot. I was disappointed because the color was off from the picture online. The gray looked like a teal blue color. Very pretty if you want that color but I only wanted neutral colors. There was some gray in it along with beige but the teal blue color just threw it off for my neutral color scheme. If you think you want it definitely order the small size first to avoid the cost of $63 return fees. (Shipping and restocking)
