The rug quality is great—thick, soft wool. Unfortunately, the color wasn't what I was expecting. I chose the Camel/White option but the color of the rug is more dark gray with light gray stripes. I'm going to live with it since it would be a hassle to return and I like it otherwise. It does shed quite a bit, but that's to be expected with a wool rug.

This rug is awesome. Unfortunately I will have to return it because it is too thick and my husband is in a power chair. The rug bunches when he tries to cross it even with a rug pad under it. If you're looking for a runner that's beautiful, soft and thick this is the one.

Beautiful modern gray and cream striped rug!

LOVE my rug. Better than photo. Nice and thick, soft, so wonderful. Cats even love sleeping on it. Would buy again and again.

This was an expensive rug so my expectations are high.It's a beautiful looking rug, very thick and comfortable. Stays flat, no odour chemical or mustiness. My only concern is that it sheds big time. I sat on it in my black tights band and they were covered with white fibres. The shedding fibres are quite short which makes me wonder why they would be cut up in such small lengths that make up the horizontal wefts. Something odd here. This was mentioned in a previous review I believe, so if your have allergies or like to sit on rugs, give this one a miss. But at least so far the looks and comfort outweigh the disadvantages.
