• New Moon rugs are hand-crafted by the most skilled artisans in Nepal. We use only the finest grade wool available on the market, which importantly has also been hand-carded and hand-spun adding to the organic feel, quality, and texture. All of our raw materials are either left in their natural color or are pot dyed by hand in small batches and our finished rugs are only gently washed to maintain the integrity of the natural lanolin in the wool which is a natural stain repellent, allowing it to develop a natural patina over time. To maintain the artistic integrity of our designs, we continue to draw our graphs by hand to ensure that the details of our hand-painted designs are translated into woven art. Our superior finishing and attention to detail are a testament to the pride we take in delivering a rug that is both beautiful and beautifully made. • Due to the nature of a hand-made rug, variations in color and size are to be expected. The scale of each design can vary depending on the size of the finished rug and the scale can also vary from samples to room size rugs.
• Due to the difference of monitor colors, some rug colors may vary slightly. We try to represent all rug colors as accurately as possible.
• Due to the Handmade weaving technique used to make this item, the final dimensions of the rug may slightly vary.
