Received this rug in a 10’x14’ not cheap. started to open it, looked and it had fringe on the end of the rug. Fringe is NOT in any of the 5 photos on website. So attempted with virtual customer service, that was a complete nightmare and finally got to a live resolution agent that I spoke to and told I think something is wrong with this SKU number, product number she assured me it was the right one being sent out and replace. It came, it was same rug with fringe, these rugs way 100lbs. I called the manufacturer, they told me the rug does have fringe, it’s on the website wrong. I the customer did the investigation and am still without a rug. The second time speaking to customer resolutions, told me to not purchase a rug at Perigold. I thought Wayfair/ Perigold would have taken better care of good standing customer.
