Rug came with the wrong colors. Took almost two months to get. Very disappointed

Disappointing. Does not look like pictures and not high quality.

A lovely carpet! A good mix of warm and cool tones. The “camel” on the border is more cool than warm, more grayed than gold. Lots of compliments and great quality.

The rug I received looked NOTHING like this - all the colors were totally washed out - there was no camel color anywhere on this rug. I returned it the next day, and I was charged $60.92 to return a rug that not even close to looking like any of the photos of the rug posted online. I feel very ripped off, to be honest, and will NEVER buy anything from your site again until I get a refund or a credit to use on your site.

The rug is beautiful, just doesn’t look good in my house so i am returning it
