The original rug delivered was not uniform in size and did not form a true rectangular shape. Rather it was 8‘8“ at one end and 8’11” inches at the other, a 3 inch variation. But when I called Wayfair to report the issue, they promptly sent me a new one at no charge. The replacement is lovely and just what I was looking for. I am very pleased with this purchase and with Wayfair’s exemplary customer service.

The knot count is so low, this has the feel of a bathmat more than a rug. The wool (low-quality) was frayed at the corners and the entire rug measured 3" shorter on one side than the opposite one. On one border, there was a red stripe across the white. Save your money here!

Great quality! The red is more rust than burgundy & I’d call the dark color navy not black (which I was hoping for!)

Just what I was looking for. Arrived on time and within a day, it was perfectly flat. Colors are pretty true to the photo, though appears more navy blue than black on the edges. Still works though, with all the colors already in the rug. Love it!
