This rug was quite different than expected. It was more of a bedroom rug, very fuzzy and had way more aqua in the rug than the picture suggests. I had to return it.

Rug looks nothing like the picture and I tried to return it only to learn I wasn’t able to. Nowhere on the order page did it say final sale. Very rude to me on the phone and I am out 900 dollars!!! I asked to speak to someone higher up and was denied.

The nap on this rug with its various heights and textures is a wonder…color is exactly as pictured so my choices for accents and decor match perfectly. I love it. As an artist myself, this rug hits every mark.
