Beautiful chairs but an assembly nightmare. Wooden pegs that hold chairs together were all miss matched. Too large or too small. One chair was and is missing back support wood. 5 stars for the chair itself. 5 stars for Wayfair customer service. NEGATIVE stars for packaging. While the product itself is perfectly fine, and exactly what I was looking for, the packaging is a DISASTER!!!! Fortunately Wayfair has been great to work with to get replacements. I ordered 20 barstools for a project. They put 5 in a box labeled for 4, but should really only hold 2. The boxes are flimsy, and the tops of the chairs stick out. We bought three of these chairs along with the 35" square table. Like the table, these were also solidly built and attractive. I deducted one star because the hardware that came with it didn't always fit. A few of the bolts were too long so didn't sit flush with the wood when screwed in all the way. Also, one bolt was missing so we had to buy it locally to complete the installation. All three bottles of glue that came with the chairs were hard as a rock, dried up and unusable. The instructions say not to oil the wood, although the chairs were oiled when they arrived, the table was not, and a small bottle of teak oil was included. Minor annoyances but worth mentioning.
