Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. I got the 17 single burner to replace a 22" dual burner. Just my wife and I so the 22 was a bit much. The 17" is still more than enough for just two campers. I gave the 22 to inlaws for their larger family. This 17 heats up fast and evenly. Is pretty easy to clean and doesn't take up that much space. Can't hurt this iron griddle. I cook burgers, hotdogs, french toast, bacon, make toast, reheat almost anything like fries or burritos. If I had a complaint it would only be the weight. But the griddle is awesome.
