I searched for a long time to find the perfect tool for removing our traditional Thanksgiving BBQ turkey from the grill. This tool, in concert with a normal Weber spatula, easily handled transfer of a 20lb bird from grill to platter. Its construction is beefy. The blade is huge and provides broad and stable support !!! I love to cook with this, but in less than a month it's lost almost all its non stick properties. The griddle also has a weird stain from the butter. I only ever cook with it on medium heat. This product has been in our line since the 1940s and for good reason--it's a true classic that performs time after time.
