I love anything Staub. This is my second one.

This is great! Fits my staub 12 inch grill pan like a glove. Where has this been all my life. It's nice and heavy. Be careful my first on was stolen.

it is a top quality and design you wish for your kitchen.

Substantial weight. My other weights have rusted over the years. Hope this one will last and I think it will!

I have the Staub 12" grill and found this addition to be well worth it. I put it in the empty grill pan while heating the it up. So it too has some heat in it. The knob does get hot as well. Leaves great sear marks on meat and veggies. Presses anything that wants to bubble up like bacon. We have also used it on the outdoor grill.
