LOVE !! I had a little problem with the delivery of this, but Bethany, a Customer Service Supervisor in TX, helped me get problems worked out. And I'm so glad, because this bench is beautiful ! I've only had it set up for 24 hours and I have gotten several compliments. I highly recommend this; it is heavy, and certainly will be long lasting, plus my residence setting is in the woods, and this bench, being a "woodsy"/tree trunk design, adds beauty to my property setting. I received this bench on June 3, 2023. My husband and I worked together to construct it. I was very disappointed to find in the instructions that it is to be constructed with small dowel pegs. No screws are included. The instructions tell u that if a dowel breaks off while u are using a rubber mallet to hammer it in then u need to use a 1/8 drill bit to drill that one out and insert another one. I would have rather the manufacturer design this bench with screws as part of the construction which would have provided more strength and stability. However, we decided to give it a try and we began to construct it. Several dowels broke and I had to do as the instructions noted. It seems to be fairly tight together at this point but I will be monitoring it as time goes by. I applied a coat of Teak Oil to it and it brings out the beautiful grains and color.
