The construction of the bench is solid. It feels sturdy and is square/sits flat to the ground. One of the holes for the screws was bored out incorrectly so the screw won’t actually tighten the joint. And, packing tape glue was stuck to the two sides of the bench. For a relatively expensive item (over $600), I expected better packing and manufacturing quality … this should not have passed any décent QA process.

This is a beautiful piece that definitely adds to our outdoor decor. It is well-made and attractive.

I absolutely love these benches. I ordered two for our pool project and they arrived yesterday. These are made out of Grade A Teak and they are both super smooth and Just the right tone. Having owned boats for years, I would say these are made of a grade of teak that is way nicer than even some of the marine grade stuff I have seen. They arrived in big substantially protected boxes. Four simple pieces to assemble and very nice stainless hardware. The construction is solid as a rock. Hearty mortise and tenon joints go together well with a light tap of rubber mallet or a hammer and a block of soft wood. Once together they are super sturdy and dead straight. Very rare to fine overseas products that don’t wobble once built and laid on a level surface. Both of these lay flat and even on level floors. Finally and most important is that they are very very comfortable to sit on especially for a wood bench. Could not be happier and worth the extra dough if your contemplating a cheaper product.

This is an excellent piece of furniture. The company is outstanding! I called regarding a split in a section of the bottom railing and the company stated that the item would be replaced in entirety. I am happy with the quality and its construction. Outstanding!!

This is the second bench I had to order, the first bench had a large chip in the seat. It was easy enough to put together. It works great in my bathroom.
