Ordered the color « ice ». Received instead a cloudy looking clearish color that looks like packing material. After much time and effort, was able to finally tease from customer service that the « ice » color, pictured as a pretty blue color, does not exist as pictured. Ordered another color. Received a 2nd « ice » color instead. Mind you, this is with weeks of lead time. I have been working on this for 4 months! Customer service at Périgold is the sort that tells you what they think you want to hear, without knowing at all what they’re talking about. Also, when Perigold refunded the first item, they didn’t refund the $8 tax. Why? They couldn’t say. How shady is that?

Finally, got it right! Ordered originally in August. But, now I have what I wanted. Too long lead time!
