Use soap in warm water, disinfectant wipes or solution at the appropriate concentration, apply on the surface to be treated by spray or non-abrasive cloth wipe and let it dry. Prepare a cleaning solution with 1/4 cup (2 oz.) mild liquid soap in a gallon of lukewarm water. Clean fabric with the solution using a sponge or soft bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow to air dry.

Usage in a residential setting: The Tropitone® warranty covers aluminum outdoor patio furniture frames and fire pit frames for fifteen years. If your Tropitone® frame fails structurally during normal usage within fifteen years, Tropitone® will repair or replace the outdoor furniture frame at the manufacturer's discretion (with the same or similar product if discontinued) at no charge. If the finish peels, cracks, or blisters within five years, Tropitone® will repair, refinish or replace the frame at the manufacturer's discretion (with the same or similar product if discontinued) at no charge. From time to time there may be minor variations in color and texture of finishes. This warranty specifically does not cover such minor variations in the color and texture of finishes.
