Quality is good. Set looks very nice. Functionality is lacking. The set had 10 arm chairs. It would be impossible for 10 chairs to be used for dining. If using it as an 8 person table only 3 arm chairs tuck under the table on each side when not in use. It is very tight as the arm doesn’t fit under the corner trim piece under the table. To properly space the chairs for dining use the two ends would need to have a person straddling a leg of the table I do not recommend this set if purchasing for dining. I would recommend side chairs without arms
