Good quality, lightweight chairs that stack. The Tekwood is not brown but more of a Khakigray color that worked great with our driftwood color composite deck and shadow color siding on the house. They came assembled out of the box and were packed well, but some of the chairs had dark oil stains and a few were scratched. The Tekwood is just plastic, but they should hold up okay outdoors without a lot of upkeep. They are comfortable enough to sit in without cushions.

I would say these chairs are "fine". The largest problem is that they only weight 11 lbs. so they blow around a lot. Most days we have to pick them up and put them back in place.
