• Manufacturer's warranty offers a one-year warranty against failure, provided the furniture is assembled correctly and is subjected to normal use, and against wood rot and insect infestation. Structural failure after incorrect assembly, variations in wood color due to weathering, roughness, and nonstructural cracks or slits are not warranted. The manufacturer will not be liable for failure caused by abuse, neglect, or the application of paint. Except as provided above, the manufacturer disclaims all other's warranties, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose, and in no event will the manufacturer be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the sale or use of their product.
