Love my chair--looks great in the sun room. I'm giving it a 4-star because for this price there ought to be plugs to cover the screw holes/heads which are not attractive. Assembly was a challenge because the diagram wasn't very useful. The best thing it shows is which size screws go into which holes and a general idea of how to assemble the chair. But once assembled everything fit together very well. As an assembly FYI: 1. The bottom of the chair has 2 'tongues'--the long one goes to the front and the short one goes to the back. 2. Don't screw everything together until you have fitted everything in place. We tried to screw one section together and then go to the next section but found it didn't work so we fit everything together and then tightened the screws. 3. Some pieces fit together very tightly--they do go together but it may take some strength to get them in place.
