In case of food or drink spills, wash the spot immediately with warm soapy water and allow the cushion, carpet, or footstool to dry in an upright position. For more thorough cleaning, all cushion or footstool covers can be removed and machine-washed at 30°C. Make sure the cover is completely dry before putting it back on the product. All throws are machine washable at 30°C. For stubborn stains or built-up soil, carefully wash with a recommended stain remover, such as Vanish (Vanish Oxi Action). Basically, hot-dip galvanized powder-coated steel requires minimal maintenance. However, it is necessary to clean the product to keep it neatly, especially if the product is used close to coastal stretches. This is in order to counteract the promotion of corrosion and discoloration. Therefore, we recommend wiping the furniture with a cloth, possibly with ordinary household soap. Please note that the detergent used must not contain chlorine. In case of stubborn stains, aqueous solvents can be used for cleaning, such as alcohol. Because the product is used outdoors over extended periods of time, a regular cleaning with a soft brush and soapy water is important. This ensures the removal of superficial soil and debris, such as leaves, berries, pollen, and bird droppings, before they have a chance to build up and become more difficult to remove.
