The Brigadier floor lamp is a study in texture. Made of cast aluminum, the body of the lamp has a pitted surface achieved through a hand-hammering technique. Lots of problems with this item. Manufacturer listed as “Set of 2” which is incorrect. Received only one lamp shipped in two boxes. Contacted manufacturer who stated they never sell sets of lamps, only individual. Here’s an idea….how about you get the listing correct next time so a potential customer has the proper information. Manufacturer also disclaims color variance in the shade which is normal due to lighting, however, the lower half of the shade is predominately dark purple, which in no way resembles the blue of the listing photos.
