The picture does not do this lamp justice! It is a stunningly beautiful piece! It can swivel 360° at the base and the arm has two twist-to-tighten brass knuckles that can articulate up and down. The metal lampshade twists side to side as well as up and down. There’s no position you can’t set this lamp at. The led is turned on and off by a turn switch on top of the shade. Made in China not in USA as stated. Shades not glass as stated. Poor workmanship. Very overpriced. Hard to screw in bulbs. Loose switches. I purchased 2. Both defective. One had uneven base and wobbles. The other one had a twisted stem. Both had several scratches especially around the on/ off switch. Shades did not fit well onto the base and were difficult to attach. On the positive side........I love the design and it looks great when lit. But I don't think this lamp is worth the money.
