Beautiful lamp and great customer service.

I ordered this table lamp back in September 2025 as a potential Christmas gift to my daughter but unfortunately did not receive it until well into the first week of January 2026. It was received in a box with lots of styrofoam sheets to protect the lamp parts although its advertised specifications noted that it needed no assembly. The metal post that holds the shade is crooked so that the shade appears crooked once installed. Further, the box contained only one metal washer for attaching the shade to the metal post although it needed more than one to assemble the shade properly. There was no product sheet, purchase sheet or assembly sheet, nothing, accompanying this lamp which I found peculiar and uncharacteristic compared to my past Wayfair orders. I purchased this "made in USA" lamp with high hopes for its quality but was not impressed with its components' imperfect construction at all.
