I love this lamp! I ordered an open box item and it arrived well packaged in a short amount of time. Unfortunately it arrived without a shade. Perigold was very responsive and gave me full credit refund. I was able to purchase a shade elsewhere, though it's not as nice as the original. But it is a decent substitute. Although this lamp is beautiful, the first one sent to me was broken so they replaced it with a second lamp, which was broken. It was only a small part that needed to be replaced for it to work and Wayfair said they send a replacement part two me. After waiting three weeks, I get a message from Wayfair telling me that this lamp is not being made anymore therefore I will not be getting the replacement piece. I paid over $3000 for this lamp and I’m so disappointed. I have to keep it broken. Shame on Wayfair. They usually very amazing with their products. But this time, I’m very disappointed. Anonymous. Hadn't realized this was made in China until it arrived. I don't feel Chinese goods are made as well as Made in the good ol' US of A.
