Obnoxious and frustrating. The lamp itself is pretty, exactly as described, and arrived on time. However, it must be missing a part because the glass fits so loosely in the neck that it is bound to fall out. Instead of providing installation instructions, all you get is a slick marketing card with a QR code to retrieve the installation instructions. To receive the instructions, you have to enter your name and email....only to be directed to more marketing and zero installation instructions. Now I have to take the time to call the company and suffer through more marketing crud just to find out whether the lamp is poorly made or if a part is missing. I do not recommend this lamp. Very pretty, I like old-timey stained glass lamps. The glass is nice and looks good lit. The base part where lamp is held by the base is slightly crooked and it throws off the lamp.
