I like this lamp but wasn’t exactly what I was expecting from the pictures. The shade is really nice. The lamp has a concrete base that is smooth but you can tell it’s concrete. The color is a gray taupe instead of a warm taupe but I think once I put it with all the other warm neutrals in my room it might come across a little warmer in shade. It’s a heavy base.. Anonymous. I couldn't screw down the finial when it arrived because the metal insert came loose inside the wood. I went out and bought glue to fix the problem and ended up with glue on my fingers, the finial and my sofa (my fault, but still not how I wanted to spend my first moments with this expensive lamp). Since then however it's been a joy to own. I love looking at it everyday and it may be my favorite lamp in the house. Bad first impression, but I'm truly glad to have it. Perigold dealt with the initial problem quickly and professionally. I can't comment on whether it's truly moss-colored as I have trouble with colors, but it's certainly beautiful.. David. Update: Wayfair immediately shipped a replacement lamp and the replacement arrived in perfect condition. My wife and I really like this lamp and appreciate Wayfair replacing the damaged lamp so quickly. Original Review: The mica on the lamp shade was damaged in several places. The packaging was perfect and the shade was probably damaged before it was packed. Second, the paint which covers the dragonflies on the base looks very good when the base light is off, but looks thin and poorly applied when turned on. In the early 20th century; Tiffany Studios used it's artful mastery to develop the look of a woven fabric with a fringed skirt from art glass. Meyda Tiffany has recreated this shade with Amber Plum glass fringe suspended from a domed brickwork of Emerald; Cobalt and Ruby tinted Honey glass. Hand cut and copper foiled glass pieces make up this stately table lamp with Mahogany Bronze finish.

I just received my Tiffany Candice 24” table lamp. It’s really beautiful, and it WAS on the pricey side. My MAIN gripe is that while assembling it, I observed a “Made in China” label on the twin sockets. I’m EXTREMELY upset, as in recent years, I’ve chosen to NOT support our trade with China. I bought this lamp in black and it is absolutely stunning. I have it on a table between two swivel chairs and it is the perfect focal point when you walk into my open concept living room. It was packaged very well but would have been easy to put back if I needed to return it (thankfully it is perfect for my look!). Because the harp is triangular (cool, right?) I couldn't get the globe light bulb (as recommended) to fit so had to go with a different shaped bulb. I went to a light store and they had a few different issues so it was no big deal.
