Love this lamp! Doing over my hallway a bit and bought a table and this lamp and love both of them.

Not exactly what I was expecting with regards to the color of the base, but I do love them. The finish is a matte brass, and in no way "blackened", which was how the product was described. For the price I paid for each, I was expecting a better-looking finish on these, however, I am keeping because I love the shades (a perfect olive green), the height, and the dimmable option. They work very well in our space, and overall I am pleased with the purchase. I just wish the finish was toned down a bit, and they were a little pricey for what they are in my opinion. The unique look is worth it though.

These lamps come incredibly well packaged and no damage. The bases are heavy to reduce chance of being knocked over. The only assembly required is attaching the shade and screwing in a bulb.
