Like all Meyda products, it is very well made. It's really more of a long wall sconce than a vanity light. I say this because all of the white light is reflected upward. I removed the amber mica from underneath which improves it some. I'm going to contact Meyda to see if they will sell me a piece of white mica to regain the look.
